Immersion ( (IMMR) ) has provided an update.

Immersion Corporation disclosed that on February 10, 2026 it received a Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter citing non-compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), after failing to file its 10-Qs for the quarters ended July 31 and October 31, 2025 and its 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2025. The delays stem from audit committee investigations at Immersion and its consolidated subsidiary Barnes & Noble Education that will require restatements of previously issued financial information and have prevented completion of the company’s financial reporting process.

The Nasdaq letter, which followed earlier deficiency notices in 2025 and a lapsed exception on February 9, 2026, does not immediately suspend trading or trigger delisting of Immersion’s shares. The company said it will request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel, seek a stay of any suspension and continue working to complete and file the delayed reports, though there is no assurance it will secure additional time, leaving regulatory compliance and listing status as key uncertainties for investors.

The most recent analyst rating on (IMMR) stock is a Hold with a $7.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Immersion stock, see the IMMR Stock Forecast page.
