Immersion ( (IMMR) ) has shared an announcement.

Immersion Corporation disclosed that on March 24, 2026 it received an additional Nasdaq delinquency notice because it had not timely filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended January 31, 2026, compounding earlier delays for the July 31 and October 31, 2025 quarters. The company said the notice does not immediately affect trading, but it faced a Nasdaq Hearings Panel on March 26, 2026 to request more time to regain listing compliance.

The company reported that it had filed its overdue Form 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2025 on March 12, 2026 and the delayed Form 10-Q for the quarter ended July 31, 2025 on March 26, 2026, while continuing work to complete the remaining late quarterly reports. Separately, on March 27, 2026 Immersion announced its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share, payable May 1, 2026 to shareholders of record on April 20, 2026, underscoring a continuing capital-return policy even as it works through its reporting backlog and Nasdaq compliance risk.

The most recent analyst rating on (IMMR) stock is a Hold with a $7.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Immersion stock, see the IMMR Stock Forecast page.
