IMI plc has announced the buyback of 118,678 of its own shares on October 1, 2024, for cancellation, at prices ranging from 1,784.0000p to 1,825.5000p per share, with a volume weighted average price of 1,811.0643p. After the transaction, the total number of remaining shares in issue will be 271,636,459, and the total voting rights will be reduced to 257,987,623. The shares were acquired through the London Stock Exchange and BATS (BXE), with all details of individual trades available online.
