IMI plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 101,370 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 1,822.69p per share on September 13, 2024. The transaction was conducted through Merrill Lynch International across various trading venues including the London Stock Exchange and others. Following the cancellation, IMI’s total issued share count stands at 272,803,005, with 259,154,169 shares holding voting rights.
