IMI plc has announced the repurchase of 104,729 of its own ordinary shares on September 17, 2024, for cancellation, at prices ranging between 1,834.00p and 1,850.00p per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 1,843.04p. Following the transaction, the number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 272,598,711, excluding the 13,648,836 shares held in treasury, resulting in 258,949,875 total voting rights.
