ImExHS Director’s Shares Holdings Updated

ImExHS Limited (AU:IME) has released an update.

ImExHS Limited has reported a change in the holdings of Director Carlos Jaime Palacio. Palacio acquired 16,633 ordinary shares directly and disposed of 166,132 ordinary shares indirectly, with the transactions valued at $9,990 and $78,082 respectively. The changes, which occurred on September 5, 2024, were due to the issuance of ordinary shares in lieu of Director fees and an off-market transfer.
