ImExHS Limited has announced changes in the holdings of director Douglas Flynn, involving both direct and indirect interests. Flynn executed a sale of shares to his nominee company, coinciding with the vesting of options, which has adjusted his overall securities position in the company. The transactions included the acquisition of 55,890 ordinary shares upon the vesting of options and an off-market transfer of 217,438 ordinary shares to a superannuation fund nominee company.
