This change, effective as of September 5, 2024, brings his direct shareholding to 161,548 ordinary shares, while his indirect holdings through various entities remain substantial. The acquisition was part of the company’s remuneration arrangement, issuing shares in lieu of director fees for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
