Imerys has successfully sold its paper market assets to Flacks Group for a net equity value of approximately €150 million, affecting around 900 employees across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. This strategic divestiture is in line with Imerys’ intent to concentrate on specialty minerals and high-growth sectors such as energy transition and sustainable construction. The company is a global leader in mineral-based specialty solutions, with €3.8 billion in revenue and 13,700 employees in 2023.
