Imdex Ltd (AU:IMD) has released an update.
IMDEX Limited has successfully settled a long-standing intellectual property dispute with Boart Longyear, including a transfer of certain IP rights and a $10 million payment to IMDEX. This settlement also entails new supply agreements and discontinuation of all related global legal proceedings. The accord is expected to lay the groundwork for improved collaboration between the two companies, enhancing productivity and data outcomes in the mining industry.
