Imdex Director’s Shareholding Adjusted Post-Review

Imdex Ltd (AU:IMD) has released an update.

Imdex Ltd has reported a change in Director Paul House’s shareholdings due to the conversion of 185,388 performance rights into ordinary shares on September 21, 2023, raising his total ordinary shares to 1,511,496. A review revealed a discrepancy in previously disclosed share amounts, although the performance rights were correctly reported. The update comes following Mr. House’s appointment as Managing Director.
