IMCD N.V. has announced its acquisition of the Blumos Group, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals in Latin America, to enhance its growth in the life science markets. This strategic move allows IMCD to expand its business in the region by leveraging Blumos Group’s strong supplier and customer relationships. The acquisition, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, will see approximately 160 Blumos employees join IMCD.
