Imagion Biosystems Ltd. shareholders have voted in favor of all proposed resolutions at their recent general meeting, including amendments to the terms of convertible notes, ratification of prior share issues, further share issuances, and the issuance of performance rights to key individuals, as well as an amendment to the company’s constitution. Each resolution received a strong majority backing, reflecting solid support from the shareholders for the company’s strategic decisions.
