Imagion Biosystems Limited has reported a change in director Brett Mitchell’s interest following a recent shareholder meeting. Mitchell’s holdings now include an additional 1,250,000 performance rights, subject to meeting certain share price and market capitalization conditions by August 2028. This change reflects the company’s incentive plan as approved by shareholders on 22 August 2024.
