Mark Gerald Van Asten has stepped down as a director of Imagion Biosystems Limited as of August 22, 2024. Prior to his departure, Van Asten held 15,329 ordinary shares and had interests in two sets of unlisted performance options within the company. The options, which are exercisable at $1.12, are set to vest in 2021 and 2022 with expiry dates in 2026 and 2027 respectively.
