Ilika plc has announced a capital raising effort to generate gross proceeds of approximately £3.4 million through the conditional placing of new ordinary shares and an open offer. The capital raised is earmarked for the advancement of the company’s Goliath solid-state battery projects. The placing shares are priced at a discount, and the funding effort is aimed at extending the company’s working capital beyond 12 months from the date of announcement.
