UK-based Ilika plc, specializing in solid-state battery technology, is set to raise approximately £3.4 million through a combination of a placing and an open offer. The capital raised will support the development of their Goliath solid-state battery projects, aiming to increase battery testing capacity and upgrade facilities. The company offers new ordinary shares at 28 pence each, a slight discount to the recent closing market price, and expects the funding to provide sufficient working capital for over 12 months.
