ikeGPS Issues New Shares for Employee Compensation

ikeGPS Group Ltd (AU:IKE) has released an update.

ikeGPS Group Limited has expanded its equity by issuing 372,094 new ordinary shares to selected employees and directors as part of their compensation packages, with no additional consideration payable. This capital change represents a minor 0.232% increase in the total number of ordinary shares, bringing the total to 160,749,737 shares. The issued shares are on par with existing ordinary shares in terms of rights and privileges.
