IKEGPS Group Expands Holdings with New Shares

ikeGPS Group Ltd (AU:IKE) has released an update.

IKEGPS Group Limited is set to quote additional securities in relation to its acquisition of assets from Visual Globe LLC, an agreement that was initially disclosed in January 2021. The company will allot the third tranche of ordinary shares, totaling 93,200 shares at a price of NZD$0.83 (AUD$0.77) each, on May 2, 2024. This move is aimed at further consolidating IKEGPS’s position in the marketplace and enhancing shareholder value.
