The Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (IIF) has announced proposed changes to its Articles of Incorporation for clarity in valuation methods and to introduce electronic information provision measures, alongside the appointment of a new slate of directors, all subject to approval at the upcoming 10th General Meeting of Unitholders on October 25, 2024. The current directors have all indicated their intention to resign, with the appointment of Kumi Honda as executive director and three supervisory directors, as well as two alternate executive directors, to be decided at the meeting.
