Iida Group Holdings Co ( (JP:3291) ) has issued an update.

Iida Group Holdings posted revenue of ¥1.51 trillion for the year ended 31 March 2026, up 3.4% year on year, with operating profit climbing 17.4% and profit attributable to owners of the parent rising 24.9%, reflecting improved margins and stronger profitability. The company raised its annual dividend to ¥100 per share, including a commemorative payout, while equity reached just over ¥1.02 trillion, and management forecasts double‑digit revenue growth and higher earnings for fiscal 2027 alongside the consolidation of 25 newly added U.S. subsidiaries and changes in accounting policies under IFRS.

Cash flows swung to a net outflow from operating activities despite higher profits, and cash and cash equivalents declined to ¥390.7 billion at year‑end, signaling heavier working capital or investment needs. The dividend payout ratio is projected to moderate even as earnings per share are expected to grow further, suggesting a balance between continued shareholder returns and reinvestment to support expansion and reinforce the group’s position in domestic and overseas housing markets.

The most recent analyst rating on (JP:3291) stock is a Hold with a Yen2310.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Iida Group Holdings Co stock, see the JP:3291 Stock Forecast page.
