Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB has successfully completed the acquisition of Copperleaf Technologies Inc., buying all outstanding shares for $12.00 each, culminating in a total equity value of about $1.0 billion. Following the acquisition, Copperleaf’s shares will be removed from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the company will cease to be a reporting issuer in Canada.
