IDT Australia Launches $7 Million Capital Raise

IDT Australia Limited (AU:IDT) has released an update.

IDT Australia Limited has dispatched an Entitlement Offer Booklet to eligible shareholders, outlining the details of a 1 for 4.5 non-renounceable entitlement offer aimed to raise approximately $7 million. The offer, which opened on June 13, 2024, will fund capital expenditure for mRNA therapeutics and enhance capabilities in Antibody Drug Conjugate production. Shareholders must act by July 3, 2024, to participate in the offer, with further information available on the ASX website and IDT’s investor center page.
