IDT Australia Announces New Employee Incentive Securities Issue

IDT Australia Limited (AU:IDT) has released an update.

IDT Australia Limited has announced the forthcoming issue of 891,107 new performance rights as unquoted equity securities, set to vest on September 30, 2026. These securities, which are part of an employee incentive scheme, will be issued on September 5, 2024, and are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
