IDP Education Ltd. (AU:IEL) has released an update.

Colin Stirling, a director at IDP Education Limited, has increased his stake in the company through an on-market purchase of 3,240 ordinary shares at a total value of $49,896, resulting in a direct holding of 5,757 shares after the transaction. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
