Identitii Ltd. recently concluded its Rights Issue, raising $1.659 million with a shortfall of approximately $492,000, despite full participation from key executives. The Rights Issue involved offering new shares to existing shareholders, with a subsequent offer for the remaining shortfall shares to remain open for three months. Funds from the issue are earmarked for working capital to support contract negotiations, new technology partnerships, and expansion in the data sharing sector.
