Identitii Ltd. has announced a significant change in the shareholding of its director, Timothy Phillipps, who has acquired an additional 1,450,893 fully paid ordinary shares. This acquisition was part of the director’s fees arrangement approved by shareholders at the 2024 AGM, bringing his total holdings to 6,538,499 shares.
