ICZOOM Group Inc. has announced the departure of Mr. Qiang He from his role as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 15, 2024, due to personal reasons which are not related to any disagreements with the company’s practices. CEO Mr. Lei Xia will assume the CFO responsibilities on an interim basis until a new CFO is appointed.
