ICZOOM Group Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, has been notified of noncompliance with Nasdaq’s Annual Meeting Requirement due to not holding a shareholder meeting within the stipulated time frame. While the notice does not currently affect its listing status, the company must submit a compliance plan by August 23, 2024, and may receive up to a 180-day extension to convene the meeting. Failure to comply could ultimately lead to delisting from the Nasdaq Stock Market.
