ICTS International (ICTSF) has released an update.
ICTS International held its Annual General Meeting on August 15, 2024, with nearly 83% of shareholders participating, either in person or by proxy. During the meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly approved the use of English for annual accounts and reports, adopted the 2023 annual accounts, and elected and reappointed board members and the managing director. Additionally, amendments to the Articles of Association were passed, independent auditors were appointed, and the Management and Supervisory Boards were discharged with high approval rates.
