ICTS International Schedules Major EGM for Share Capital Reduction

ICTS International (ICTSF) has released an update.

ICTS International N.V. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 16, 2024, where shareholders will vote on a proposal to reduce the company’s share capital and amend its articles of association. Shareholders are advised to submit their proxies promptly for the meeting to be held at the company’s Netherlands office. The proposal has already garnered support from shareholders owning approximately 77.2% of the issued and outstanding shares.
