ICP Ltd., incorporated in Singapore, has announced a proposal for its voluntary delisting from the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange. The proposal includes an exit offer by Mr. Aw Cheok Huat to acquire all issued shares not already owned by him or his concert party group.
