Iconic Minerals Ltd. has reached an agreement allowing Gold Basin Resources Corporation the option to acquire a 50% stake in Iconic’s New Pass gold property in Nevada. Gold Basin can fulfill this option by paying CAD $750,000 in cash and issuing CAD $750,000 in shares, with specific payment milestones outlined through the end of 2024.
