ICLICK INTERACTIVE ASIA GROUP (ICLK) has released an update.

iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited, a leading enterprise and marketing cloud platform in China, has announced a change to its board of directors, with Mr. Winson Ip Wing Wai joining as an independent director and chairperson of the audit committee. Mr. Ip, with over two decades of experience in financial management and leadership roles, is expected to provide valuable insights to support iClick’s corporate goals. This change follows the resignation of Mr. Matthew Fong, who stepped down from the board and audit committee chairmanship without any disagreements.
