iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited has announced its agenda for the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2024. Shareholders are set to vote on the proposed disposal of the company’s demand side marketing solutions and enterprise solutions businesses in mainland China, as well as the appointment of Mr. Winson Ip Wing Wai as an independent director. The company’s board is recommending a vote ‘FOR’ all the proposed resolutions.
