iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited, a prominent enterprise and marketing cloud platform in China, has announced the sale of its demand side marketing solutions business in mainland China to SiAct Inc. for RMB1 million. This strategic move is designed to streamline operations, focusing on higher-margin and more efficient business areas, while shedding parts of the company that are exposed to the uncertainties of the Chinese advertising market. iClick will maintain its supply side marketing solutions in China and continue its marketing and enterprise solutions business in Hong Kong and overseas.
