iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited has sold its mainland China enterprise solutions business, Tetris Media Limited, to BeihaiOne Limited, in a strategic effort to enhance profitability and focus on market trends in the SaaS sector. The sale aligns with the company’s cost optimization strategies and is intended to improve operational efficiencies and shareholder returns amidst challenging economic conditions and competitive pressures in China’s SaaS market. The deal, valued at US$80,000, was determined by an independent third-party evaluation and is part of iClick’s broader initiative to concentrate on its enterprise solutions in Hong Kong and marketing solutions in mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas.
