ICL Group Ltd. successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved the re-election of ten directors and the reappointment of an external director for a new term. Additionally, amendments to the company’s Articles of Association were passed, enabling indemnification and insurance for directors and officers under Israeli law. The firm also reappointed Somekh Chaikin of KPMG International as the company’s independent auditor until the next annual meeting.
