ICL Group Ltd. has announced a dividend distribution of approximately $59 million, setting the dividend at $0.04574 per share in US dollars and ILS 0.1696497 for shareholders receiving payment in Shekels, following the exchange rate from the Bank of Israel. The record date for dividend eligibility is June 6, 2024, with the payment date scheduled for June 20, 2024. Taxation on the dividends will vary, with Israeli resident companies exempt from withholding tax, a 25% rate for Israeli individuals, and a 25% rate or lower for foreign residents depending on international tax treaties.
