Intermediate Capital Group plc (ICG) has announced the appointment of Sonia Baxendale as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 January 2025. Baxendale brings a wealth of experience, with an extensive career in financial services in North America and the UK, and currently holds the position of President and CEO of the Global Risk Institute. She will contribute to ICG’s Board with her broad expertise, particularly joining the Risk and Audit Committees, as the company continues to advance its strategic goals.
