ICG plc has repurchased 669,555 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange between 20 and 24 April 2026 under its previously announced buyback programme, executing trades through Merrill Lynch International. The shares, bought at volume-weighted average prices ranging from about 1,815p to 1,866p, will be held in treasury and later cancelled in stages.

Following settlement of these purchases, ICG will have 294,373,624 ordinary shares in issue, of which 8,500,248 are held in treasury, alongside 3,951,459 ordinary non-voting shares, leaving a total of 285,873,376 voting rights for regulatory disclosure calculations.
