ICFG Limited’s Mongolian subsidiary InvesCore NBFI has declared dividends for the 2025 financial year, approving payouts of MNT 114.9 per common share and MNT 850 per preferred share, with payment scheduled for 20 April 2026 to shareholders on the register at the upcoming AGM record date. The distributions total about MNT 10.74 billion across both share classes, reflecting strong profitability and the company’s sustained growth since its 2019 listing.

InvesCore’s share price has surged more than fivefold since its IPO, underscoring investor confidence in the business and the broader Mongolian non-bank financial sector. Majority shareholder SIBJ Capital LLC, an ICFG subsidiary, plans to reinvest its dividend entitlement to fuel further expansion in Central Asia and Mongolia, signalling a strategy of recycling cash returns into regional growth rather than extracting capital.
