The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited held its Second Extraordinary General Meeting of 2024 on September 20, where shareholders voted on resolutions detailed in the August 30 circular. The meeting saw 83.55% of voting shares represented by 4,364 shareholders and proxies, with the voting process adhering to relevant Chinese laws and the Bank’s Articles of Association. The meeting, overseen by scrutineer Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, was conducted both on-site and online.
