The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has announced a dividend distribution for its Offshore USD Preference Shares (Stock code: 4620), with a record date of September 20, 2024, and a payment date of September 23, 2024. Approximately USD 115.36 million will be distributed to shareholders post-tax, reflecting a dividend rate of 3.58%, of which about USD 11.54 million will be withheld for enterprise income tax.
