Ibstock PLC has notified the market of a significant change in share ownership, with Aviva PLC’s combined interest falling below the 5% threshold to 4.76% as of July 19, 2024. The adjustment reflects both a change in direct voting rights and financial instruments, resulting in Aviva PLC now holding 18,745,706 voting rights within Ibstock.
