Joe Hudson, the CEO of Ibstock PLC, has exercised his Sharesave options, purchasing 10,227 shares at a price of £1.76 each, on 12 August 2024. This transaction increases his total shareholding in the company to 188,461 shares. The shares were traded on the London Stock Exchange as part of the company’s employee Sharesave Plan.
