IBI Group Holdings Limited has announced a rescheduled AGM date and consequent changes to the timeline for its proposed final dividend distribution due to a typhoon disruption. Shareholders can expect the dividend to be payable on October 10, 2024, providing their names are on the register by the new record date of September 27, 2024. All share transfers to qualify for the dividend must be completed by September 23, 2024.
