IBI Group Holdings Limited has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for September 6, 2024, due to the approaching tropical cyclone in Hong Kong. The meeting has been rescheduled to September 13, 2024, at the same location and time, with all resolutions and shareholder entitlements unchanged. Proxy forms submitted for the initial date will also remain valid for the rescheduled AGM.
