IBEX Technologies Inc. has announced an addendum to its management proxy circular regarding its upcoming acquisition by BBI Solutions OEM Limited, with a share purchase price set at $1.45. Shareholders holding an approximate 59.15% of IBEX’s outstanding shares have already agreed to support the transaction. The Board of Directors has unanimously recommended that shareholders approve the amalgamation during the special meeting scheduled for April 3, 2024.
