IBEX Limited has seen changes in its Board of Directors with John Leone resigning and Gerard Kleisterlee retiring, both effective October 24, 2024. Fiona Beck has been appointed to fill Leone’s vacancy, with Patrick McGinnis and Mingzhe Zhuang joining the board as appointed directors. These transitions are not due to any operational disagreements and the new directors will receive standard non-employee compensation.
